The Internet changes daily and that alone requires a regular maintenance program. You will also want to maintain your site to reflect the dynamics in your business. Over time, you may want an entire new re-design.

Web sites are added, deleted, dropped, re-positioned and re-indexed on the Major Search Engines in routine fashion. As a result, web sites need to be monitored quite regularly.

Unfortunately, most cannot devote the time to accomplish this nor do they have the proper tools or expertise to achieve accurate search engine analyses. To insure that your site is and remains prominently included on the major search engines (and other directories), we suggest that primary web site pages be maintained on a scheduled basis, with documentation.

You will also want to change the content of your site to reflect changes in your business, for example new products or prices.

Depending on the type of maintenance, it can run you from $75-$200 month. Such as minor page updates, changes, additions, etc. But for sites with e-commerce it can run you a bit more because of the task in changing the products, descriptions, and or adding/removing products from your catalog. We do not publish all of our rates because every client's requirements are different. Hourly rates and "ballpark" figures can distort your perception of the actual costs to maintain your web site.

Our basic maintenance fees are:

1 hour $30 hr.

All sites will be submitted to search engines on a monthly basis in bulk and directories as part of our website design package.

Website design programs for $500 or less are to be paid in full before work begins.

Most sites that fall in the price range of $1200 to $2500 have an initial payment of 1/3 of the total required before work begins. You will be directed to a page where you can submit payments online.

All new websites are to be paid in full before the site is uploaded to your server. In the meanwhile sites are housed on my server for your perusal and all changes will be made on this URL until you are satisfied with the site.

Exceptions have been made depending upon particular circumstances. If you require a special payment program, please let us know so we can work with you. No matter what the circumstances, 1/3 down payment is required to begin any work. Payment plans and/or payment in full extensions will be negotiated after the initial down payment has been fulfilled.

NOTE: All sites designed by Vision 2 Create Website Design will contain a link back to our site in the form of small print or a small logo at the bottom of the main page (my choice) and will be added to my portfolio for future client prospects.
